Warner Bros. Discovery Access Early Career Bootcamp

We’re cultivating UP-AND-COMING storytellers to foster an industry that’s vibrant and diverse.

The MPAC® Hollywood Bureau has partnered with Warner Bros. Discovery Access and six non-profit organizations at the forefront of promoting inclusion to present The Warner Bros. Discovery Access Early Career Bootcamp, a seven week-long opportunity that expands access to underrepresented talent aspiring to have a career in entertainment.

Over the course of seven weeks, selected participants will learn about potential careers across the board in the entertainment industry. With roundtable discussions with junior executives and talent alike, participants will gain and understanding of the lifespan of a TV show, from Network Development through Post-Production and get the tools they need to jumpstart their careers.

This program is offered by Warner Bros. Discovery Access in partnership with MPAC® Hollywood Bureau and the Center for Asian American Media, IllumiNative, National Association of Latino Independent Producers, RespectAbility, Transgender Film Center and the Urban League of Greater San Francisco Bay Area.
